Consuming vitamin supplements should also not arbitrary. Note the exact time that vitamins are absorbed by our bodies perfectly. For you guys who take supplements rich in calcium and magnesium, should be drunk at night, because at night is a time of regeneration of body cells. For other vitamins like A, E, K and D should be consumed with a meal of fatty foods, because the nature of these vitamins are soluble in fat.
